Apple, Caramel and Scottish Oats Clootie Dumpling

INGREDIENTS: Apple (12.6%), Sultanas, Dates, Sugar, Vegetable Suet (Sustainable Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Flour), Free Range Egg, Self Raising Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Raising Agents [Disodium Diphosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate]), Caramel (7.7%) (Milk, Sugar), Oats (7.5%), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast), Fudge (Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Salted Butter (Milk), Glucose Syrup, Golden Syrup, Glycerine, Salt), Salt, Orange Peel, Caramel Flavour (Glycerine, Water, Propylene glycol, Natural flavouring Colour (Plain caramel).

Storage, Serving & Cooking

STORAGE:

Store cool and dry out of direct sunlight. Store within an airtight container after opening in the fridge and use within 3 days. Freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months.

INSTRUCTIONS:

This dumpling is fully cooked and may be eaten hot or cold. For best results serve warm. Remove from vacuum packaging and slice to desired size.

Place on a microwaveable plate and heat for 40 -50 seconds on high at 800w. (typically for 100g slice).

Fry for a few minutes in butter, turning once.

Oven:Wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 160°c for 10-12 minutes.
