“Clootie McToot” dumplings are lovingly prepared, following my family’s traditional recipe. This recipe has been passed down the generations and is now kept safely with me in my home in Old Abernethy. Abernethy was originally the Southern Pictish capital of Scotland and the village sits on the borders of Perthshire, which is route to the Highlands, and Fife which is on the banks of the beautiful River Tay.

There is something nostalgic about a Clootie McToot dumpling. It has a flavour and texture that takes you back in time. Lovingly prepared with carefully selected ingredients, boiled to perfection then vacuum sealed for freshness. These lovely, old-fashioned puddings are bursting with Scottish charm! They are a genuine taste of Scotland.
