A lighter version, rich with spices and fruits and amazingly moist!

INGREDIENTS: Sultanas, Rice Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat, Raising Agents: (Mono-Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Thickener: Xanthan Gum), Sugar, Acidity Regulators: (Potassium Phosphates, Calcium Carbonate), Flavourings, Sea Salt, Stabiliser (Gellan Gum), (Rice Suet (Sustainable Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Rice Flour), Apple, Mixed Spice (Cinnamon, Ginger, Coriander, Nutmeg, Clove, Pimento), Orange Peel, Raising Agents (Sodium Di-Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Stabiliser: (Xanthan Gum).

Storage, Serving & Cooking

ALLERGY ADVICE: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. STORAGE: Store cool and dry out of direct sunlight. Store within an airtight container after opening in the fridge and use within 3 days. Freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: This dumpling is fully cooked and may be eaten hot or cold. For best results serve warm. Remove from vacuum packaging and slice to desired size. Microwave: Place on a microwaveable plate and heat for 40-50 seconds on high at 800w (typically for 100g slice).

Oven: Wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10-12 minutes.
