Its an Aelder festive this year, which is a wild spiced elderberry liquor. The fruits are soaking now. We only make so much and when the fruit is gone its gone.

(Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Orange Peel, Salt, Lemon Peel, Mixed Spice (Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Coriander, Clove, Pimento)

Storage, Serving & Cooking
Store cool and dry out of direct sunlight. Store within an airtight container after opening in the fridge and use within 3 days. Freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months.
This dumpling is fully cooked and may be eaten hot or cold. For best results serve warm. Remove from vacuum packaging and slice to desired size.
Place on a microwaveable plate and heat for 40 -50 seconds on high at 800w. (typically for 100g slice).
Fry for a few minutes in butter, turning once.
Oven:Wrap in foil and place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 160°c for 10-12 minutes.
